Returns

Not loving your new arrival? Then that's no problem

You have a right to cancel and return your items within 14 days of you receiving your order

All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency within 14 days of receiving the order back from the customer

Your Bank May take 3-7 working days for your refund to show in your account

Goods returned must be undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unworn and complete with all tags and labels attached. Where goods are received back in an unsatisfactory condition an amount might be deducted from the refund to reflect the amount by which the value of order has been reduced.

All return postage costs are non-refundable (Unless the item is faulty) and we do not currently offer pre-paid returns.

We recommend that you send items either signed for or recorded delivery.  Boutique Goddess Ltd will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customer’s behalf.

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of posting from your Post office or applicable returns service location. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.

If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team on customercare@boutiquegoddess.co.uk as soon as possible.

Please note that as permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of goods within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.

Any faulty items ust be returned within 28 days from receiving the item.

Sale items or clearance stock purchased online can be refunded within 14 days of receiving the goods. Sale items returned after 14 days, but before 28 days, are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. Items returned will be refunded for the amount paid.

Please enclose a note with your return including your order number and name.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing or via our within 14 calendar days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with these Terms of Sale

If you cancel your contract we will:

Refund you the price you paid for the goods. However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted. See above for information about what handling is acceptable
