Not loving your new arrival? Then that's no problem.
You have a right to cancel and return your items within 14 days of you receiving your order.
If you have received an incorrect, faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and in the original tender currency in which we would expect this to fall within a 14 day period from us receiving your item.
We advise that you should check your tracking number to confirm receipt. If we have this please rest assured we will process it within this time. Once we have processed your order we will update your account and you will receive a notification. If your account is not updated to completed then we have not processed your order and you should check your tracking number to confirm we are in receipt of your order
Key points to note!
All good will be inspected upon return and we reserve the right to reject any item that does not arrive back in the same re-salable condition as it went out. This means ladies you must be extra careful when trying on the clothing that you do not soil them, by soil them we mean that any deodorant, make up, fake tan or odors such as perfume are found on the garment. If this happens then we will return the garment back to you at your own cost
Items received outside of the 14 day period will NOT receive a refund, the 14 days start's from the date you receive the order to us being in receipt of the parcel . If your item arrives back between 14-28 days we will issue you with a store credit for the equivalent amount. Please note the 28 days start from the date you receive the parcel to the date the parcel in back in our possesion
Please note this is a strict policy as we feel 28 days is more than enough time to get it back to us, so if you have changed your mind about your order please ensure its back on time to avoid disappointment as the return will be rejected and sent back to you at your own cost
Where credits are issued these will have no expiry date
All faulty items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. You must email over all evidence of fault prior to returning the item otherwise we reserve the right to reject the item if procedures are not followed. This then must be sent FAO Quality Control Department
If you return your items to us after the 30 days, your goods will be returned to you at your own expense
All return postage costs are non-refundable (Unless the item is faulty) and we do not currently offer pre-paid returns.
If you have used any FREE SHIPPING on Orders over X amount (whichever is applicable at the time) then should you return the price of the shipping will be deducted from your refund amount
Should you purchase any item which then goes into the sale you will be refunded the live price of the product i.e current sale price if you do not return them within the 14 days
PLEASE NOTE******** The 14 day refund period and 28 day exchange period starts from the day you receive your order. If you exchange inbetween this your period still begins from the receipt of your original order.
PLEASE NOTE******** As permitted by law, the maximum refund on delivery cost will be the least expensive delivery method we offer (provided that this is a common and generally acceptable method). For example, if we offer delivery of goods within 3-5 days at one cost but you choose to have the goods delivered within 24 hours at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option. If you are returning a faulty product alongside your other items you will not be refunded the postage costs back to us.
We recommend that you send items either signed for or recorded delivery, in the event that your item goes missing this will allow you to take out a claim with the courier service of your choice. Boutique Goddess will not be held responsible for any missing parcels on the customers behalf.
How to process your return...

You have the right to cancel your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing or via our within 14 calendar days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with these Terms of Sale.
If you cancel your contract we will:
Refund you the price you paid for the goods (Excluding delivery costs). However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted. See above for information about what handling is acceptable.
Exchanges can take up to 14 day period to be processed from receiving your item. (This does not include the time for the exchanged items to be sent out to yourself). We can only exchange for the same product not exchange for a different item. All exchange request are dependent on the stock availability at the time. If we can not exchange your item we will credit you according to our Terms and Conditions. Once your exchange has been processed your Online Merchandise Returns will state return completed. If we are unable to process your exchange we will notify you of this via email. If you exchange an item and wan't it exchanging again this has to be done within the 30 day period from you receiving your origional order. If it is out of this date we will not be able to credit or exchange your order.
***Please note. If you exchange your item and you are returning this for a refund. This can only be done if they exchange and items are received back to us within the 14 day refund period. Otherwise you will be given a credit note.
