How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days to return your item for a refund and 28 days to receive a credit note.
***Please note that your items have to be in a re-sellable condition as per our Terms and Conditions
How long does it take to process my return/ exchange?
Your return and exchange will be processed within 14 days upon receipt of your items.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
Please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve this matter.
What happens if I’m not in when my order is delivered?
The delivery company may leave the parcel with your neighbour. The delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where your parcel has been delivered to. If in the case they do not leave a card or it has been miss placed please contact your local Sorting Office and arrange re-delivery or check with your neighbours.
Do you have a shop I can come to?
I’m afraid we don’t. We are online only, but don’t worry, it is easy to order!
Do you offer student discount?
We don’t. But we have offers on all the time so keeps your eyes open!
